Scratch card: game terms

Full terms and conditions of the promotional game “Scratch card with voucher” by Gentle & Rose.

Organiser of the game

MYBIOBEAUTY LIMITED, company number 14205665, registered office: 735 High Road, Ilford, England, IG3 8RL (hereinafter the “Organiser”). The Organiser operates the Gentle & Rose online store.

Game period

Scratch cards are included with orders placed in the online store gentleandrose.com (hereinafter the “Store”) from 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2026 inclusive, or until the available scratch cards have run out.

The codes from the scratch cards can be used from 1 December 2026, 00:00, to 28 February 2027, 23:59, Sofia time (UTC+2).

Territory

The game takes place only through the Store, in all of its language versions (English, German, French, Italian and Dutch), and the Store ships worldwide. The scratch cards are printed in English. The codes from the scratch cards are not valid in other Gentle & Rose online stores, including gentleandrose.bg.

Participants

Participation in the game requires a purchase. Every customer who places an order in the Store during the game period in accordance with the Store’s Terms of Service takes part in the game. One scratch card is included with each order that is shipped. A customer takes part in the game with each of their orders placed during the game period.

No scratch card is included with orders for a free replacement or re-shipment of products.

Prizes

Every scratch card wins. The prize is a discount voucher with a unique code. The value of each voucher is between €5 and €100. The values are distributed among the scratch cards at random.

In addition, there are 4 prize cards, each of which wins a physical prize instead of a voucher: a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner, a Dyson Airwrap, a Philips ReAura red light mask and a Dyson Supersonic hair dryer. The prize cards are separate from the voucher scratch cards. They are inserted separately into orders, one per week during November 2026, and they are subject to the same availability as all scratch cards.

How the game works

  1. Scratch off the panel on the scratch card to reveal the value of the voucher and the unique code.
  2. Enter the code in the discount code field at checkout in the Store during the validity period of the codes.
  3. The value of the voucher is deducted from the value of the products in the order. The voucher does not reduce the shipping cost.
  4. Each code can be used once. After it has been used, the code is no longer valid.
  5. Only one scratch card code can be used per order. The code cannot be combined with other discount codes or other discounts on the whole order, but it can be used together with discounts on products and with free shipping or other shipping discounts. If an offer in the Store cannot be combined with an order discount, the discount that gives you the greater saving is applied at checkout.
  6. There is no minimum order value. If the value of the products in the order is lower than the value of the voucher, the difference is not refunded and is not carried over to a later order.
  7. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or for another prize.
  8. The voucher is not tied to a specific customer and can be given as a gift. The code can be used by anyone who holds it.
  9. If an order in which a scratch card code was used is returned, the code is not reactivated.

Prize cards

  1. A prize card shows the prize and a claim code. A winner of a prize card does not enter the code at checkout.
  2. To claim the prize, the winner sends an email to hello@gentleandrose.com with the claim code and a photo of the card.
  3. The Organiser checks the claim code and the photo of the card. If they match, the Organiser asks the winner for the name and the delivery address and sends the prize to that address in a country to which the Store ships.
  4. Each claim code can be claimed once. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for another prize.

Lost or damaged scratch cards

The Organiser does not replace lost or damaged scratch cards, including prize cards.

Personal data

No additional personal data is collected for taking part in the game with a voucher scratch card. The data you provide when placing an order is processed in accordance with the Store’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Winners of a prize card provide their name and delivery address, which the Organiser uses only to deliver the prize.

Other conditions

  1. The Organiser is not liable to customers who did not receive a scratch card because the scratch cards had run out.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel codes that were obtained or used in breach of these rules.
  3. The Organiser may change these rules; the changes take effect when they are published on this page.
  4. By taking part in the game, participants fully accept these rules.
  5. These rules are governed by the law that applies to the Store’s Terms of Service. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Any disputes are settled amicably where possible.
