An Effective Skincare Routine for Women Over 40

Don't we all want a skincare routine that just works? Of course, we do! But...

For us women over 40, mature skin often presents challenges such as thinning, dryness, fine lines, wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation.

Today, I've decided to outline a comprehensive routine with practical tips, tricks, and product recommendations that have helped me and will hopefully help you too.

1. Gentle Cleansing

Cleansing is the foundation of any skincare routine. For mature skin, it is crucial to use a mild, hydrating cleanser that removes impurities without stripping the skin of its natural oils.

Our Hydraterende reiniger is an excellent choice.

This 100% rosewater-based cleanser is enriched with Niacinamide, aloe vera, and green tea. These ingredients soothe the skin, reduce inflammation, and provide antioxidants.

The included soft brush helps with gentle exfoliation, ensuring a thorough but gentle cleanse.

Tips for Effective Cleansing:
