What is the process of sourcing the Rose water toner?
Rosa Damascena grows in the Rose Valley during May and June. The rose picking begins at 4 o’clock in the morning and usually ends at 10am, to preserve the aroma in them – that’s because the rose petals picked in the afternoon have 50% less rose oil concentrate in them.
It takes 60,000 petals picked at dawn to distill just one drop of rose oil.
